Fixed an issue where rotating between portrait and landscape could shift the alarm date and time, causing it to overlap buttons or clock digits. Your upcoming alarm now stays correctly positioned when you change orientation.

We’ve reviewed how the app starts and displays its screens, tested it on iOS 27, and fine-tuned the experience. Vertical brightness gestures are now more deliberate, helping keep them separate from horizontal clock swipes.

【Your Brightness, Remembered】
Drag up or down on the clock screen to adjust the brightness of the entire display. A temporary indicator shows the brightness from 0 to 100 as you adjust it.

Your preferred brightness is saved and automatically applied when you reopen Mugen Clock. When you leave the app, brightness normally returns to its previous level.

To get started, enable the feature in Settings → Screen Brightness Settings. You can also adjust brightness using the slider there.

[Alarms That Ring Through Silent Mode]
Previously, alarms were delivered as notifications, which meant they wouldn't make a sound when your iPhone was in silent mode. That's no longer the case. On iOS 26 and later, Mugen Clock's alarms are treated as true system-level alarms — they break through both silent mode and Focus mode, every time. No more worrying about oversleeping because you forgot to turn the ringer on.

[Snooze Countdown on Your Lock Screen]
When you hit snooze, a real-time countdown appears right on your lock screen so you always know exactly how many minutes you have left. On devices with Dynamic Island, snooze info stays visible at the top of your screen. You can pause, resume, or dismiss the alarm directly from the lock screen.

[Custom Snooze Duration Per Alarm]
You can now set a different snooze interval for each alarm — anywhere from 1 to 15 minutes. Keep it short for your morning wake-up call, or stretch it out for a quick power nap. You can also turn snooze off entirely for alarms that need to be non-negotiable.

[Full Compatibility with iOS 18 and Earlier]
